Welcome to Sprinkle of SALT Parent Hub, a subscription-based community provided by Sprinkle of Salt Speech and Language Therapy. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities as a member.

By signing up for a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Plans & Benefits

Sprinkle of SALT Parent Hub offers three membership levels:

Sprinkle (£29.99/month)

Access to the community forum (monitored by speech and language professionals)

Access to the exclusive content library (including theory, strategies, and bite-sized videos)

2. Dash (£39.99/month)

Everything in Sprinkle, plus:

Monthly Q&A group session where members can ask questions and get expert insights

3. Pour (£139/month)

Everything in Dash, plus:

X1 One-to-one advice and support session each month, tailored to your child's needs

2. Payments & Billing

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

The monthly fee is charged automatically on the same calendar day each month (or the nearest available date if the payment fails).

By signing up, you authorize Sprinkle of SALT Speech and Language Therapy to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

How to Cancel Your Membership

You can cancel your membership at any time via your Stripe account or by emailing [insert business email] at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

To cancel via Stripe:

1. Log into the email account associated with your Stripe payment.

2. Locate the most recent payment confirmation email from Stripe.

3. Click the link in the email to manage your subscription.

4. Follow the prompts to cancel.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused membership time.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community forum and content library until the end of your current billing cycle.

Pour membership sessions must be used within the billing month; they do not roll over.

4. Membership Usage & Conduct

Access is for personal use only and should not be shared with others.

Respectful interaction is required in the community forum and live sessions. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or spam may result in removal without a refund.

Members must not reproduce, distribute, or share the content provided within the hub (including videos, documents, or advice).

The one-to-one support sessions for Pour members are non-transferable.

5. Changes to Membership & Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing or features. Members will receive at least 30 days' notice before any changes take effect.

If pricing changes, existing members will be given the option to continue at the new rate or cancel before the next billing cycle.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The content and guidance provided in Sprinkle of SALT Parent Hub are for educational and informational purposes only.

Membership does not replace direct speech and language therapy, medical diagnosis, or professional intervention.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific outcomes in your child's speech and language development.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store your payment details.

We comply with GDPR and ICO regulations to protect your data.
